Stefan Lindqvist has previously informed the board of directors that he, in due course and when a new suitable CEO could be identified, would like to step down as CEO of Byggfakta Group, with the aim of continuing to offer his services to the company as a member of the board of directors, should the nomination committee recommend and ultimately the shareholders so decide.
 
Mr Aganovic has a strong track record of leading complex, international businesses and creating shareholder value through corporate development in his previous leadership roles. The availability of Mr Aganovic accelerated the succession process.
 
“After 37 years with Byggfakta, it is time for me to step down from the CEO role. Byggfakta has been a tremendous success story which has accelerated in recent years and is now leading the digitalisation of the construction industry globally. I am very pleased to see Dario Aganovic as my successor and the fact that he was available was very much a catalyst in my decision.
