Byggfakta Group signs binding agreement to acquire NBS

Today we are proud to present that we have a signed a binding agreement to acquire the shares in the UK based company NBS.

NBS, with headquarter based in Newcastle, is a global leading technology platform that provides unique content to anyone involved in the design, material supply and construction of the built environment. NBS also has established operations in Canada and Australia.

The NBS investment will enable us to broaden our scope both geographically and operationally, and to strengthen our position as a leading data and technology provider to the construction industry, spanning project information, product information, product specification and e-tendering.

We pleased to welcome Colin Smith and his team to the Byggfakta Group family and look forward to future collaboration.
