Byggfakta Group acquires Vortal

Today we are proud to present and welcome another company to the Byggfakta Group family.

On 18th of August, we acquired 100% of the shares in the Portuguese company Vortal. Vortal is the market leader in public procurement in Portugal and has large operations in Spain. The company is also covering private tenders.

Our ambition is to launch Vortal’s platform in the markets where we are present and to look at the possibility of launching our services in Portugal and Spain.

We welcome Miguel Sousa Sobral and his team to the Byggfakta Group family and look forward to future collaboration.
