Byggfakta Group signs binding agreement to acquire Glenigan
Today we are proud to present that we have signed a binding agreement to acquire the shares in the UK based company Glenigan.
Glenigan, with headquarter in Bournemouth, is a leading provider of business intelligence and data analytics services to the construction and real estate industry in the UK.
Byggfakta Group CEO Stefan Lindqvist commented the acquisition, “We are very happy to have Glenigan joining the Byggfakta Group family. This will enable us to expand our core business, Project information, further in Europe. Glenigan will contribute with a strong market position in the UK and will complement our recent acquisition of NBS in the UK very well.”
