The auditor shall review the company’s annual reports and accounting, as well as the management of the board of directors and the CEO.

The company shall have not less than one (1) and not more than two (2) auditors and not more than two (2) alternate auditors. As auditor and, when applicable, alternate auditor, shall an authorised public accountant or a registered public accounting firm be elected. Following each financial year, the auditor shall submit an audit report and a consolidated audit report to the annual shareholders’ meeting.
